Manish brings 20 years across the full finance function in IT services, automotive, consumer technology, gaming and blockchain. He rose through hands-on roles to lead finance at Hike, where his remit grew to cover legal and partnerships, with a clean audit record across every entity he has run.

His foundation was built at Logica, on internal processes and corporate finance, and then at Tata Motors, where he covered business finance for the Axles and Transmission business across several roles in the finance function.

Leads Nuvira's governance, risk and compliance practice, bringing a General Counsel's view of how growing companies stay on the right side of regulators.

Shuchi brings over 11 years across in-house and tier-1 law firm roles, spanning technology, fintech and cross-border regulation. She leads board governance, contract frameworks, policies and fintech AML/CFT programmes, including VARA licensing, cross-border licensing strategy and the regulatory requirements around AI adoption.

She has built two legal and compliance functions from the ground up, including as the first in-house head of the function at a Dubai-based technology company. At Hike, she led a four-person team across India, UAE and US entities, negotiating multimillion-dollar commercial and technology agreements.
