Manish has spent 19 years in finance roles across four countries, most recently as Chief Financial Officer. His work has covered finance function build-out, multi-entity IFRS reporting and technical accounting, planning and performance management, M&A execution, employee incentive plans, controls and governance, and reporting to boards, auditors and institutional investors.
At Hike, over 13 years from Finance Manager to CFO, he built the finance function from the ground up, owned reporting, technical accounting, controls and operations across multiple jurisdictions, led M&A end to end, and designed and administered employee stock option plans.
He has worked company-side on more than US$250 million of capital raising, owning diligence, documentation and investor reporting to Bharti, SoftBank, Tencent, Tiger Global and Foxconn.
Earlier roles at Tata Motors and Logica/CGI Group covered IFRS implementation, merger execution, and SOX governance across 36 international entities.
